We are still buzzing from our recent Industrial Visit to Radisson City Center, Gurugram!
Our day began bright and early, arriving at the Radisson around 10:40 am. We were promptly divided into two groups, ready to explore the intricacies of the hotel's operations.
Our first stop? The laundry room! We got an up-close look at the high-tech machines responsible for keeping the hotel's linen spotless and fresh.
Next, we ventured into the realm of F&B. From the elegant restaurant to the stately board room and the expansive banquet area, we were truly in awe of the scale and sophistication of the hotel's dining and event facilities.
Our tour then brought us to the hotel's welcoming lobby area. The bell desk, reception, and guest sitting area painted a picture of seamless hospitality, setting the tone for the exceptional guest experiences crafted here daily.
We also had the privilege to visit the hotel's rooms.
From a cozy twin room showcasing expert bed-making skills to a luxurious suite room, we got a taste of the diverse accommodations offered to guests.
The grand finale of our tour was the kitchen area, a veritable symphony of culinary creativity.
Divided into Chinese, Indian, and Continental sections, we also had the delightful surprise of visiting the bakery.
Meeting the senior baker, Santosh, was a highlight, especially when we got to taste their scrumptious handmade cookies.
A huge shout-out to HR manager Pragya, Shakshi, and our very own Mayank, a student from The Hotel School, who helped guide us throughout the hotel.
Without them, this enriching experience wouldn't have been possible.
