Lingayas Vidyapeeth School of Vocational Training (LV-SVS) has been established by Lingayas Vidyapeeth with a basic thought to “invent innovatively” the advance methods of training for developing necessary skills in order to ensure that the learners must have necessary knowledge and skills at the time of farewell, so that they are work ready and fit for the industry to be employed.
Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth School of Vocational Studies (LV-SVS) has been providing various vocational training and skill building programmes in multiple streams as per the norms of UGC in collaboration with the industry, institutions with relevant industry interface and expertise in their subject/field of training to ensure that the course curriculum and training is in relevance with the practical industry requirements.

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is one of the most reputed and respected institution of the country with a NAAC A++ score. TISS was established in 1936 and the year 1964 was an important landmark in the history of the Institute, when it was declared Deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act (UGC), 1956.
TISS established its School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE) in December 2011 at the instance of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India with the vision of creating a National Vocational University.
