THE CHEF COMPETITION (WORLD IDLY DAY – 2023)
A platform to showcase innovation & culinary skills by budding Chefs
Two days journey i.e. 27–29 March,2023 was thoroughly enjoyed by all the students and we have our quintessential winners:-
- Deepak Kumar- Brizdli ( burger, pizza and idly)
- Kanishk – Strawberry and Chocolate Idly
- Dev Kumar- Pesto Idly and Pariyam
- Kunal Singh- Rose Paan Idly
- Ayush Singh- Idly Chatak Chaat
We are very excited to share deets of sacrosanct competition. Enthusiastic students of The Hotel School concocted the idly deliciously and embraced the Chef Competition to contribute in the awareness of World’s Idly Day, 2023. So many students participated in and showed their fixation for success. We feel priviledged that we could make our students learn more recipes and methods through this competition and stir the intellectual personality inside them.
We are so proud to share the contentment through images that have been provided by our students by performing indefatigably and coming up with innovative recipes like paneer idli, sambar stuffed idli, banana idli, ragi idli and many other interesting concoctions.
Our organizing committee is a feather to the cap of The Hotel School , our no event could reach its result without them.
