Eligibility: - Candidates who have appeared/passed 10th examination of CBSE, ICSE or equivalent accreditation.

Course Description : - In this course students get to study the food ingredients, raw material, meat, fish, vegetables, method of cooking, and various cuisines. This course develops cooking skills of the individual as per the required standards of the hospitality industry. Students will be enrolled in specialization program of their choice from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council. These qualifications are recognized by Government and allow you to work in India and Abroad.
